How to register?
Thank you for selecting East Hill Elementary School. We look forward to having you join our family.
The registration dates for the 2024-2025 school year, are as follows:

If you already have a child registered in our school, please make an appointment during the sibling registration dates indicated above.
To register for Kindergarten, We ask that you book an appointment using our online reservation system through the following link.
Online Kindergarten spot reservation links will be available on January 29, 2024, at 7 a.m.
Reserve a spot for Kindergarten at East Hill Elementary School
Once you have registered online, the school will be contacting you to schedule an appointment to complete the registration.
Please bring the following documents with you to the school when you come for your appointment:
- East Hill Registration Form (Please print and complete)
- Daycare Registration Form (Please print and complete )
- Certificate of Eligibility Form (If your child does not yet have the certificate, please print and complete)
- The Certificate of Eligibility or permanent code of the child, parent, or sibling whose eligibility is being used.
- Proof of Canadian citizenship of the child, parent, or sibling whose eligibility is being used.
- The child's long-form birth certificate, showing both parents' names.
- Proof of Quebec residence (lease, driver's license, utility bill, etc.)
- A copy of the “Carnet de Santé” (all pages).

To register at East Hill School, your child must meet certain eligibility criteria under the Charter of the French Language and the Ministère de l'Éducation, du Loisir et du Sport.
AGE REQUIREMENT FOR SCHOOL
Eligibility Criteria:
Pre-Kindergarten:
- Your child must be 4 years of age as of September 30th.
Kindergarten:
- Your child must be 5 years of age as of September 30th. Otherwise, you can apply for derogation. Please contact East Hill School or Student Services Department for details.
Grade 1:
- Your child must be 6 years of age before September 30th. Otherwise, you can apply for derogation. Please contact East Hill School or Student Services Department for details.
