Dear Parents,

Please note that our Orientation Evening will be held in person on Thursday, September 12, 2024. The purpose of the Orientation Evening is to inform parents on class expectations, the curriculum and the evaluations that will be conducted over the course of the year. Please note that the Orientation Evening is meant to be a general information session. Considering the limited timeframe of the evening, teachers will not be discussing individual cases with parents. Should you need to discuss a particular issue, kindly make arrangements with your child’s teacher to discuss at a later time.

Although the current Covid-19 situation has significantly improved, we remind parents who have Covid-19 symptoms to remain at home. Consequently, to limit the number of people present in classes during the evening, we kindly ask parents, if possible, to keep their children at home and only have one parent attend the Orientation Evening.

Parents are free to visit the teacher(s) they wish during each of the blocks listed on the schedule below.

However, parents of grades 3 and 5 students, we kindly ask that you meet the homeroom teachers during Block A only. Parents of grades 4 and 6 students, we kindly ask that you meet the homeroom teachers during Block B only.
