Registration information for 2022-2023 School Year

We are thrilled to hear that you have selected East Hill as your child(ren)’s elementary school. We look forward to having you join our family. Due to the current pandemic, registration will be a little different this year. We ask that you book an appointment using our online reservation system through the following link.

Once you have registered online for your child, we will be contacting you for a in-person appointment at East Hill to complete the registration.

Please bring the following documents with you to the school when you come for your appointment:

Easthill registration Form (Please print and fill out)
Daycare Request Form (Please print and fill out)
Certificate of Eligibility Form (Please print and fill out)
The Certificate of Eligibility or permanent code of the child, parent, or sibling whose eligibility is being used.
Proof of Canadian citizenship of the child, parent, or sibling whose eligibility is being used.
The child's long-form birth certificate, showing both parents' names.
Proof of residence (lease, driver's license, utility bill, etc.)
A copy of the “Carnet de Santé” (all pages).
