C.A.R.E. Centre - centre d’activités récréatives et éducatives

A non-profit organization that provides a day program and community inclusion opportunities for adults with physical disabilities ages 21 and up who have aged out of the youth sector school system. C.A.R.E. provides English services that are accessible to wheelchair users, those who require assistance with most activities of daily living and for those who use alternate forms of communication.

Lethbridge-Layton–Mackay Rehabilitation Centre

Located at three sites — Lethbridge site provides services to adults (18yrs +) with a neurological, rheumatological or neuromusculoskeletal condition. Layton site provides visual rehabilitation programs and services to blind and visually impaired individuals of all age groups. Mackay site provides rehabilitation for children with motor, speech, and language impairments; also, programs for Deaf and Hard-of-hearing for all age groups.
